Conditions

  1. Scope: The following general terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries between My Children's Room Store (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") in the version valid at the time of the order.

  2. Conclusion of contract: The presentation of the products in our online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking on the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order occurs together with acceptance of the order immediately after sending by an automated email. The purchase contract is concluded with this email confirmation.

  3. Prices and payment conditions: All prices in the online shop are stated in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and are shown separately.

  4. Delivery conditions: Most of our products are not prefabricated. Delivery times are specified to the buyer before the purchase is completed or can be found for each product. Shipping will only take place after the time specified in working days (Mon-Fri, without WE and without public holidays, from receipt of payment). Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Partial deliveries are permitted as long as this is reasonable for the customer.

  5. If delivery to the customer fails because the customer has provided the delivery address incorrectly or incompletely, a new delivery attempt will only be made if the customer assumes the direct costs of the new shipment. The buyer must also bear the return shipping costs to us. These costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed upon conclusion of the contract. The same applies to not accepting/collecting the product. Right of withdrawal and returns The customer has a right of withdrawal, about which he will be informed in the separate cancellation policy, which is part of these general terms and conditions.
  6. Guarantee. The legal rules for guarantees apply. In the event of defects or defects in the goods delivered, the customer has the right to repair, replacement or withdrawal from the contract.

  7. Any damage that occurred during transport must be reported to the courier immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the package is not opened in the presence of the courier, contact us immediately. The deadline for a complaint is 5 days (including public holidays and Sundays). Please be sure to accept the package, otherwise we will not cover any costs for return shipping or re-shipping. In the event of damage to furniture/errors in order processing, we offer re-shipment of those parts that were damaged or arrived incorrectly during the initial delivery. Maybe, if the customer insists, we will offer a voucher instead. The same is true for smaller things. In principle, we have the right to make two attempts at repair. Only then do you have the right to cancel your order, return it to us free of charge and receive a full refund (after we have received the goods). A complaint can take up to 14 working days from the time it is reported.

  8. Liability: The seller is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless it involves damage resulting from injury to life, body or health or damage resulting from the violation of essential contractual obligations.

  9. Data protection: The seller's data protection regulations are part of these terms and conditions.
